Since the beginning of the operation on February 5, some 2,996 suspects have been arrested and 2,619 firearms, 416,295 rounds of different types of ammunition, 12,917 magazines, 30,508.43 kg of drugs, including 163.45 kg of fentanyl, 2,418 vehicles, and 383 properties have been seized, acoording to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.

These actions were carried out in strict compliance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

– Baja California

In Tijuana, a U.S. citizen was arrested and two handguns, five magazines, 43 rounds of ammunition, and a vehicle were seized.

– Nuevo Leon

In Benito Juarez, four suspects were arrested, one of them a minor, and three firearms, five magazines, 109 rounds of ammunition, doses of methamphetamine and marijuana, three cell phones, and a vehicle were seized.

– Sinaloa

In La Cruz de Elota, a machine gun, seven rifles, 83 magazines, 1,500 rounds of ammunition, 18 hand grenades, four tactical vests, eight ballistic plates, and four vehicles were seized.

In Cosalá, three storage facilities for different inputs for methamphetamine production were identified and dismantled. During these operations, 1,550 liters of chemical substances for the production of the drug, two organic synthesis reactors, and a lab condenser were seized. The economic impact on the criminal organizations is 33 million pesos (US$1.68 million).

– Sonora

In San Luis Río Colorado, a suspect was arrested and seven kilograms of cocaine, 16 kilograms of opium gum, and a vehicle were seized.

– Tamaulipas

In Altamira, a suspect was arrested and a two tank semi-truck with two barrels and 68,000 liters of waste oil were seized.
