Since the operation began on February 5, some 4,543 suspects have been arrested and 3,681 firearms, 596,570 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 17,854 magazines, 38,800 6 kg of drugs, including 254.8 kg of fentanyl, 3,402 vehicles, and 565 properties have been seized.
The actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Baja California
In Tijuana, a tunnel leading to the United States was dismantled and a package of methamphetamine was seized.
In Ensenada, 13 video surveillance cameras installed illegally in public spaces were located and removed.
– Chihuahua
In Coyame del Sotol, a suspect was arrested, and 17 magazines, 220 rounds of ammunition, half a kilo of marijuana, three ballistic vests, a machine gun, four firearms, two Kevlar helmets, and a vehicle were seized.
– Nuevo León
In Allende, 1.2 million liters of hydrocarbons, six cylindrical tanks, 10 tractor-trailers, 10 tank trucks, two plastic drums, and a property were seized
– Sinaloa
In Culiacán, three storage facilities used for various methamphetamine inputs were located and dismantled. During the operations, 10,220 liters of chemicals used in the production of the drug and an organic synthesis reactor were seized. The economic impact on criminal organizations is 214 million pesos (US$11.21 million).
In Navolato, a suspect was arrested and seven rifles, 28 magazines, 719 rounds of ammunition, two vehicles, and a motorcycle were seized.
– Sonora
A rifle, five magazines, 124 rounds of ammunition, 331 doses of methamphetamine, 100 doses of marijuana, and 20 doses of cocaine were seized.
In Cajeme, four rifles, 12 magazines, 165 rounds of ammunition, half a kilo of marijuana, doses of methamphetamine, two ballistic vests, a vehicle, and a property were seized.
