Since the operation began on February 5, some 4,875 suspects have been arrested and 3,994 firearms, 640,163 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 19,144 magazines, 41,574. 8 kg of drugs, including 256.89 kg of fentanyl, 3,618 vehicles, and 623 properties have been seized.
The actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Baja California
In Playas de Rosarito, four suspects were arrested and two magazines, a handgun, 24 rounds of ammunition, three cell phones, and two vehicles, one of which had been reported stolen, were seized.
In Ensenada, a suspect was arrested and 1,400 doses of methamphetamine and a vehicle were seized.
– Sinaloa
Culiacán, a machine gun, three grenade launchers, 21 magazines, 2,055 rounds of ammunition, doses of marijuana, and 6.4 kilograms of cocaine were seized.
In Escuinapa, a stolen vehicle and 14 live rounds of ammunition were seized.
– Sonora
Three suspects were arrested, and nine rounds of ammunition, a handgun, a magazine, 69 doses of methamphetamine, a stolen vehicle, and two properties were seized.
– Tamaulipas
In Miguel Alemán, six rifles, 72 magazines, 1,685 rounds of ammunition, 49 doses of marijuana, a tactical vest, and two vehicles were seized, one of which had been reported stolen and the other factory-armored.
In Nuevo Laredo, a communications relay device used by organized crime was located and disabled.
