Since the operation began on February 5, some 5,158 suspects have been arrested and 4,183 firearms, 670,605 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 19,991 magazines, 44,219.6 kg of drugs, including 257.89 kg of fentanyl, 3,776 vehicles, and 658 properties have been seized, according to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.

These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

– Baja California

Seven suspects were arrested and four firearms, 12 magazines, 117 rounds of ammunition, 39 doses of methamphetamine, doses of marijuana, two vehicles, and a property were seized.

In Ensenada, a field with approximately 72,000 marijuana plants was located and neutralized.

– Coahuila

In San Juan de Sabinas, a handgun, a magazine, 10 rounds of ammunition, eight kilos of methamphetamine, 30 doses of marijuana, and a property were seized.

– Sinaloa

In Culiacán, a machine gun, six rifles, a drone signal inhibitor, and a vehicle were seized.

In another operation in the same municipality, four weapons, four magazines, 97 rounds of ammunition, 80 sharp edged weapons, 15 USB storage devices, 69 cell phones, 16 chips, nine internet modems, three communication radios, two mobile broadband antennas for internet, two antennas, and a laptop computer were seized.

– Sonora

Two suspects were arrested, and three magazines, a rifle, 68 rounds of ammunition, 147 doses of methamphetamine, 58 doses of marijuana, four vehicles (three of which had been reported stolen), and 12 slot machines were seized.

In another operation, 17 video surveillance cameras installed illegally in public spaces were located and removed.
