Since the operation began on February 5, some 6,048 suspects have been arrested and 4,805 firearms, 810,587 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 22,476 magazines, 54,373 27 kg of drugs, including 310.89 kg of fentanyl, 4,283 vehicles, and 758 properties have been seized, according to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.

These operations are carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

– Baja California

In Mexicali, 15 suspects were arrested, including three minors, and a handgun, a magazine, nine rounds of ammunition, five vehicles, and a property were seized.

In Tecate, two suspects were arrested and 608 kilograms of methamphetamine and a vehicle were seized.

– Chihuahua

In Puerto Palomas, two suspects were arrested, one of them a minor, both U.S. citizens, and 40,000 rounds of ammunition of different calibers and a vehicle were seized.

– Sinaloa

In Culiacán, six storage facilities containing various inputs for the production of synthetic drugs were located and dismantled. During the operations 5,030 liters and 4,537 kilos of substances for the production of methamphetamine, an organic synthesis reactor, a lab condenser, two centrifuges, four burners, and an LP gas tank were seized. The economic impact on organized crime is estimated at 198 million pesos (US$10.63 million).

In Guasave, a suspect was arrested and 3,100 rounds of ammunition, 2.5 million pesos (US$130,000), jewelry, three cell phones, two vehicles, and six properties were seized.

– Sonora

In Cajeme, a suspect was arrested and three firearms, seven magazines, 596 rounds of ammunition, 1,050 doses of marijuana, seven ballistic vests, three Kevlar helmets, five communication radios, and four vehicles were seized.
