Since the operation began on February 5, some 6,521 suspects have been arrested and 5,074 firearms, 871,695 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 24,066 magazines, 59,690.2 kg of drugs, including 311.89 kg of fentanyl, 4,495 vehicles, and 801 properties have been seized, according to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.

These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

– Baja California

In Tijuana, Ensenada, and Mexicali, eight suspects were arrested, including a minor, and a handgun, a magazine, 2,000 rounds of ammunition, 300 doses of methamphetamine, and a vehicle were seized.

In Tijuana, a search was conducted at the La Mesa Social Reintegration Center, where 24 sharp objects, 30 meters of electrical cable, 10 pens, a calculator, a tattoo machine, a lighter, eight cigarettes, a cell phone, and two electronic storage devices were seized.

– Chihuahua

In Gran Morelos, two suspects were arrested, and two rifles, seven magazines, 32 rounds of ammunition, six tactical vests, a vehicle, and a property were seized.

– Sinaloa

In Culiacán, a search was conducted at the Aguaruto Penitentiary, where 13 firearms, 19 magazines, 264 rounds of ammunition, 1,300 doses of marijuana, 80 packs of cigarettes, 41 cigars, 600 packs of cigarettes, 3.6 liters of liquor, 12 radio communication devices, 40 cell phones, and a broadband connection were seized.

In Culiacán and Elota, six storage facilities containing various materials for the production of synthetic drugs were located and dismantled. During the operations, 6,500 liters and 175 kilos of substances for the production of methamphetamine, two organic synthesis reactors, four lab condensers, and a mixer were seized. The economic impact on organized crime is 138 million pesos (US$7.36 million).

– Sonora

In various municipalities, four suspects were arrested, and 141 doses of marijuana and 55 doses of methamphetamine, cash, a property, and two cell phones were seized.

– Tamaulipas

In Reynosa, a rifle, a magazine, 27 rounds of ammunition, and a vehicle with homemade armor were seized.
