Since the beginning of the operation on February 5, some 1,503 suspects have been arrested and 1,397 firearms, 192,458 rounds of ammunition, 5,860 magazines, 22,719.62 kg of drugs, including 129.18 kg of fentanyl, 1,272 vehicles, and 168 properties have been seized, according to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.
These actions were carried out in strict compliance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following are the most significant:
- Baja California
In Tijuana, two suspects were arrested and three weapons, three magazines, 28 rounds of ammunition, 30 kilos of methamphetamine, a vehicle, and a property were seized.
In Mexicali, a rifle, four magazines, 200,000 fentanyl pills, 21.26 kilos of fentanyl powder, 7.28 kilos of heroin, 43.65 kilos of a chemical substance, two tactical vests, a vehicle, a motorcycle, and a property were seized.
- Chihuahua
In Moris, a clandestine drug lab was located and dismantled and 10,876.27 kilos of lead acetate trihydrate, 8,850 liters of substances for the production of methamphetamine, nine organic synthesis reactors, nine lab condensers and nine L.P. gas tanks were seized. The economic impact on criminal organizations was 4.17 billion pesos (US$209.63 million).
In Villa Coronado, two suspects were arrested and a Barret rifle, a machine gun, nine rifles, 82 magazines, 2,680 rounds of ammunition, tactical gear, and three vehicles were seized.
- Nuevo León
In Apodaca, three suspects were arrested, a rifle, two magazines, 19 rounds of ammunition, four kilograms of marijuana, 119 doses of methamphetamine, cash, three cell phones, six radios, a motorcycle, and a property were seized
- Sinaloa
In Badiraguato, four rifles, 43 magazines, 5,854 rounds of ammunition, a metal box, and seven machine gun belts were seized.
Twelve methamphetamine production areas were located and dismantled, in which 7,710 liters and 450 kilos of methamphetamine production substances, two organic synthesis reactors, and a lab condenser were seized. The economic impact on the criminal organizations was 178 million pesos (US$9.45 million).
- Sonora
In Puerto Peñasco, six suspects were arrested and six tractor-trailers, 12 barrels, and 406,000 liters of hydrocarbons were seized.
In Hermosillo, a suspect was arrested and 12 firearms, two vehicles, and various tactical gear equipment were seized.
- Tamaulipas
In Matamoros, an improvised explosive device was seized.
