Offers include discounted travel packages, flexible payment options, and special rates on buses, flights, cruises, and trains—including the Maya Train and its affiliated hotels.

Travelers will also find promotions on hotel stays, restaurants, museums, guided tours, and much more.
Starting at 12:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30, around 6,000 tourism service providers will offer significant discounts, including:

  • Lodging: 3,076
  • Tourist entertainment: 305
  • Convention centers: 69
  • Museums, exhibitions, and performances: 82
  • Theme and ecotourism parks: 251

La Gran Escapada: El Buen Fin of Tourism is a joint strategy between the Mexican government and the private sector. Its goal is to boost the domestic market, create jobs, support micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and promote sustainable practices.

Business chambers and associations from all 32 Mexican states have joined this initiative, which aims to continue making tourism a driver of social well-being, with benefits that reach everyone involved in this vital and far-reaching sector.
