Since the operation began on February 5, some 9,716 suspects have been arrested and 7,249 firearms, 1,237,795 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 33,276 magazines, 114,150 kg of drugs, including 549 kg of fentanyl, 5,794 vehicles, and 1,148 properties have been seized, according to the Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico.

These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant

– Chihuahua

In Ciudad Juárez, two suspects were arrested, and two firearms, two magazines, 44 rounds of ammunition, 28 doses of marijuana, and a vehicle were seized.

– Sinaloa

In Badiraguato, Culiacán, and Cosalá, nine storage facilities containing various materials used in the production of synthetic drugs were located and disabled. During the operations, 8,980 liters and 250 kilograms of substances used in the production of methamphetamine were seized. The economic impact on organized crime is 186 million pesos (US$10.18 million).

In another operation in the same municipality of Culiacán, three suspects were arrested, and a rifle, 10 rounds of ammunition, five kilograms of fentanyl, 250 liters of chemicals, a tablet press machine, two presses, two scales, and two properties were seized.

– Sonora

In Cajeme, a machine gun, four rifles, 13 magazines, 152 rounds of ammunition, two ballistic plates, and 19 buckets of tire spikes were seized.

In Puerto Peñasco, five suspects were arrested, and a rifle, a magazine, rounds of ammunition, 200 fentanyl pills, six cell phones, and a property were seized.
