Since the operation began on February 5, some 5,773 suspects have been arrested and 4,663 firearms, 754,994 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 21,849 magazines, 53,067 12 kg of drugs, including 310.89 kg of fentanyl, 4,151 vehicles, and 725 properties have been seized.
The actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Baja California
In Tijuana, four suspects were arrested and two handguns, two magazines, 65 rounds of ammunition, and a property were seized.
– Coahuila
In San Juan de Sabinas, four suspects were arrested, including a minor, and a rifle, 27 rounds of ammunition, 40 kilograms of marijuana, and a property were seized.
– Sinaloa
In Culiacán, three storage facilities containing various inputs used in the production of methamphetamine were located and dismantled. During the operations, 3,200 liters and 1,650 kilos of chemicals for the production of methamphetamine were seized. The economic impact on organized crime was 100 million pesos (US$5.32 million).
In Culiacán, three rifles, 31 magazines, 870 rounds of ammunition, three tactical vests, 14 ballistic plates, nine Kevlar helmets, and a vehicle were seized.
– Sonora
In Santa Ana, two weapons, nine magazines, 259 rounds of ammunition, 272 doses of marijuana, 20 doses of methamphetamine, five cell phones, a communication radio, and a property were seized.
In other operations, five suspects were arrested and 299 doses of marijuana, doses of cocaine, 334 doses of methamphetamine, three vehicles, a weapon, a magazine, nine rounds of ammunition, tactical gear, and a property were seized.
