Since the operation began on February 5, some 9,096 suspects have been arrested and 6,912 firearms, 1,191,142 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 31,771 magazines, 109,771.8 kg of drugs, including 494 kg of fentanyl, 5,611 vehicles, and 1,094 properties have been seized.
These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Baja California
In Tijuana, two suspects were arrested, and four rifles, three magazines, 80 rounds of ammunition, and a vehicle reported stolen were seized.
– Chihuahua
In Ciudad Juárez, 10 suspects were arrested, and four firearms, four magazines, 27 rounds of ammunition, 15 doses of cocaine, and two vehicles were seized.
– Coahuila
In Saltillo, 27 kilos of marijuana, a vehicle, and two properties were seized.
– Sinaloa
In Culiacán and Cosalá, nine storage facilities containing various materials used in the production of synthetic drugs were located and dismantled. During these operations, 12,425 liters of chemicals used in the production of methamphetamine, a condenser, and a centrifuge were seized. The economic impact on organized crime is 251 million pesos (US$13.63 million).
In another operation in the same municipality, seven suspects were arrested, and six rifles, eight magazines, and 265 rounds of ammunition were seized.
– Sonora
In Caborca, four rifles, 25 magazines, 2,545 rounds of ammunition, 460 doses of marijuana, 106 doses of cocaine, 752 doses of methamphetamine, nine tactical vests, a vehicle, and a property were seized.
– Tamaulipas
In Matamoros, 86 kilos of marijuana and a vehicle were seized.
