Since the operation began on February 5, some 8,102 suspects have been arrested and 6,353 firearms, 1,105,969 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 29,467 magazines, 104,198.1 kg of drugs, including 483.32 kg of fentanyl, 5,192 vehicles, and 983 properties have been seized.
These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Baja California
In Tijuana, 295 kg of opium gum, five kg of methamphetamine, and a property were seized.
– Sinaloa
In Badiraguato, two rifles, 44 magazines, 3,000 rounds of ammunition, 90 improvised explosive devices, five ballistic vests, eight ballistic plates, and a vehicle were seized.
In Cosalá, a storage facility containing various materials used in the production of synthetic drugs was located and dismantled. During the operation, 1,850 liters of substances used in the production of methamphetamine were seized. The economic impact on organized crime is estimated at 37 million pesos (US$2.01 million).
– Sonora
In Hermosillo, a suspect was arrested, and four kilograms of methamphetamine and a vehicle were seized.
In San Luis Río Colorado, 1,062 liters of liquid methamphetamine and a vehicle were seized.
– Tamaulipas
In Reynosa, three suspects were arrested, one of whom was a minor, and a rifle, two magazines, 1,163 rounds of ammunition, a telescopic scope, a silencer, a barrel with handguard, and a vehicle were seized.
