Since the operation began on February 5, some 8,568 suspects have been arrested and 6,606 firearms, 1,142,241 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 30,494 magazines, 106,968.9 kg of drugs, including 493.92 kg of fentanyl, 5,386 vehicles, and 1,033 properties have been seized.
These actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:
– Chihuahua
In Batopilas, three rifles, seven magazines, 210 rounds of ammunition, a tactical vest, two ballistic plates, and a vehicle were seized.
– Sinaloa
In San Ignacio, three encampments used by organized crime were located and dismantled. During the operations eight magazines and 150 rounds of ammunition were seized.
In El Dorado, four rifles, 28 magazines, 1,592 rounds of ammunition, three tactical vests, and a vehicle reported stolen were seized.
– Sonora
In Rosario, eight suspects were arrested, and three rifles, 24 magazines, 628 rounds of ammunition, a metal chain link, three tactical vests, six ballistic plates, 40 improvised explosive devices, and three vehicles were seized.
