The Mexican Government's Security Cabinet reports on the results obtained from 'Operation Northern Border' on September 30, 2025.

Since the operation began on February 5, some 7,733 suspects have been arrested and 5,934 firearms, 1,036,805 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, 28,157 magazines, and 100,905.2 kg of drugs, including 467. 32 kg of fentanyl, 5,058 vehicles, and 937 properties have been seized.

The actions were carried out in strict accordance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

– Nuevo León

In General Bravo, a suspect was arrested and 230 kilos of marijuana and a vehicle were seized.

– Sinaloa

In Culiacán, three suspects were arrested and five firearms, magazines, rounds of ammunition of different calibers, a bag of crystal meth, and 18 jars of marijuana were seized.

In another operation in Culiacán, three rifles, 21 magazines, 570 rounds of ammunition, three tactical vests, 40 tire spikes, and a vehicle were seized.

– Sonora

In Caborca, four suspects were arrested and a vehicle was seized.

In Miguel Alemán, two suspects were arrested and 392 packages of methamphetamine, 182 doses of marijuana, and a vehicle were seized.
